We accept returns for any item for any reason within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in original condition, or if it arrived damaged or defective. You are responsible for shipping unless the item is damaged. We do not refund the original shipping charge.
Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Return Process:
We require that you follow the steps below to insure a successful return. Skipping any of these steps could result in your refund being denied.
1. Contact us with your original order number and tell us which items you’ll be returning.
2. We will email you with an RMA number, the correct return address, and additional instructions.
3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
We usually process returns within one business day of receipt, but please allow up to two weeks. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
