Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States. We expect to begin worldwide shipping in the near future.
Can I cancel my order?
Please let us know immediately if you would like to cancel your order, as we do try to get your order out quickly. Please be aware that even if you do not yet have a shipping confirmation message, your package may still have shipped. We cannot cancel orders once they ship – after leaving the warehouse our return policy is in effect. Please contact us to begin the process and to obtain the correct return address.
How long will it take to ship my items?
Most items go out between 12 hours and 3 days after the order is placed, but in some circumstances it may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped.
When will my items arrive?
Items arrive about 2-4 weeks after placing your order. We ship directly from our partner manufacturers overseas to save you money and make a greater variety of items available. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering to confirm we can meet your timeline.
Our products sometimes ship separately, so be aware your order may arrive in multiple packages.

How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day “no questions asked” return policy. Send your item back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund for any reason. No returns after 30 days. Please contact us at contact (at) keepingajournal.net for your RMA number and the correct return address. We only cover return shipping for items that arrive to you damaged or defective. We do not refund your original shipping charge.
